The Cabinet Office Race Equality Network (CORE) will be delivering their Annual Youth Day event on 6 June 2022. These virtual sessions aim to listen, inspire and connect young people from across the UK to the innovative projects that young civil servants under the age of 32 lead or support.
A tentative agenda includes:
Welcome Address by the Executive Director of the Government Skills Curriculum Unit within the Cabinet Office.
10:00 am – 10:10 am
Keynote Speech by the Minister of State (TBC)
10:10 am – 11:10 am
Youth in Leadership: Hear from young civil servants about their journey to leading innovative projects in the public sector.
11:30 am – 12:00 pm
In conversation with the Director for the Modernisation and Reform unit within the Cabinet Office. (TBC)
Young people will have the opportunity to hear about the future of work in the civil service and the skills that will benefit their future ambitions.
