Careers Leader Training Offer

Over 1,300 Careers leaders have already benefited from the funded Careers Leader Training. The Careers & Enterprise Company have made a further 650 places and £1000 bursaries available this academic year.

The Evaluation of the Careers Leader Training report notes that the principle benefits of completing the training included:

• Development of appropriate strategic careers plans to support positive student outcomes
• Improved knowledge of careers provision and best practice
• Learning how to make progress against the Gatsby Benchmarks
• Supporting the school/college to be ‘ahead of the curve’

We are hosting a range of regional events where you will have the opportunity to find out more about the Careers Leader Training offer and from colleagues who have completed the course.
